Below is a list of supplies that all 2nd grade students will need for the 2011/2012 school year. Please have all items in by Tuesday 9/13/11.

Please label the following supplies in marker with your child's first and last name:

1 book bag- NO WHEELS!

1 lunch box or bag (if needed)

1 soft pencil case (with zipper)

1 hardcover 1/2 inch binder

5 black & white composition notebooks

5 two pocket folders (solid colors ONLY)

1 bottle of Washable Elmer's School Glue

1 box of 24 Crayola Crayons

1 box of Crayola Colored Pencils

1 box of Crayola Magic Markers

1 box of oil pastels

1 Fiskar scissors

1 ruler (inch and cm)

1 pencil sharpener

1 Art shirt ( made from an adult size old shirt)

Community Supplies

(no need to label items in this section)

Boys and Girls

2 dozen #2 pencils - no mechanical pencils

4 glue sticks

2 large pink erasers

2 pkgs Post-it notes (3x3)

2 packages of DAP (blue) FunTak

1 pkg xerographic paper (8 1/2 x 11)

1 bottle of hand sanitizer

1 bottle of liquid hand soap

Boys only

2 boxes of tissues

2 boxes of baby wipes (large plastic containers)

Girls only

2 rolls of paper towels

1 box Ziplock bags (gallon)

1 container of Clorox Wipes
